These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DCS Rank, operated by DCS Recruitment & Training Pvt Ltd, Hisar, India. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
2. Free trial & subscriptions
DCS Rank offers a free trial that begins only when you choose to start it. Paid subscriptions are billed annually as shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes (GST). Prices are listed on the signup page. Founder pricing, where offered, applies to a limited number of early subscribers.
3. Acceptable use
- Use DCS Rank for your own exam preparation (or, for parents, to support a linked student).
- Do not share, resell, or redistribute test content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
4. Content & intellectual property
All mock tests, analytics, and platform content are the property of DCS Recruitment & Training Pvt Ltd and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use them for your preparation.
5. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refund eligibility, where applicable, is handled in line with our published policy and applicable law.
6. Disclaimers
DCS Rank is a preparation tool. We do not guarantee any specific exam rank or outcome. Results depend on many factors including individual effort.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DCS Recruitment & Training Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
