Reasoning replay

Don't just see the answer — see how it was reached. Reasoning replay plays back the thinking behind every question, one step at a time, so you learn the method, not just the result.

What it is

Most solutions just hand you the final answer, so you memorise it and freeze on the next variation. Reasoning replay slows the thinking down — it reveals each decision in order, showing why this step follows that one, until the method becomes yours.

A ball is thrown straight up at 20 m/s. Taking g = 10 m/s², how high does it rise?
(a) 10 m
(b) 20 m
(c) 40 m
(d) 5 m
1

Read what's given

Initial speed u = 20 m/s upward, and at the highest point the final speed v = 0. Gravity slows it: g = 10 m/s².

2

Pick the right equation

We know u, v and g but not time — so use the equation without time:

v² = u² − 2gh
3

Substitute the values

Put v = 0, u = 20 and g = 10 into the equation and isolate h:

0 = 20² − 2(10)h → 20h = 400
4

Solve and sanity-check

So h = 400 / 20 = 20 m. It's positive and reasonable for a 20 m/s throw — the answer is (b).

h = 20 m
✓ Answer: (b) 20 m — reached by method, not by guessing.

How it works

1

Capture the path

Every solution is broken into the real decisions an expert makes, in order.

2

Reveal step by step

Steps unfold one at a time, so you follow the logic instead of skipping to the end.

3

See the why

Each step explains why it follows the last — which equation, which assumption, and why.

4

Replay anytime

Stuck on a similar problem? Replay the method until the approach becomes second nature.

What you get

The method behind the answer, not just the answer key
Each step explained in order, so the logic actually sticks
The confidence to handle new variations, not just memorised ones
A replay you can watch as many times as you need

Learn the how, not just the what

Take a free mock and replay the reasoning behind every question you attempt. No card needed.
